ICIE  Main  Aims and Tasks

	consolidation of efforts of public associations of industrialists, entrepreneurs, and commodity producers in implementation of economic policy that contributes to the development of industrial and business activity, establishing of mutually beneficial economic connections;
	assistance to associations of industrialists and entrepreneurs – members of the Congress – in their activities in economic and social development of countries, represented by associations, affiliated to ICIE;
	building of a common economic space based on combination of material and intellectual potentials of public associations of different states to raise their economy and intellectual development of a person;
	coordination of economic policy, implemented by members of the Congress and interested organizations, that provides development and functioning of full market economic structures and mechanisms in the countries, represented by members of the Congress;
	rendering help within the competence of the Congress in establishing and development of business associations (enterprises) of different property and management categories, in their adaptation to conditions of the market economy, manufacturing or commercial activity, in expansion of international connections with the aim to tighten up economic and industrial potential of regions, where these associations and members of the Congress function;
	active participation and assistance in creating conditions for development of undertaking, business activities and initiative, formation of undertaking and business ethics;
	assistance in development and affirmation of social partnership principles, free market mechanisms, eliminating of irrelevant limitations on the way of movement of goods, services, capitals, and labour power, participation of countries, where function members of the Congress, in the World Trade Organization;
	development of contacts with other international associations of industrialists, entrepreneurs, and scientists, representatives of social and cultural spheres;
	assistance in information sharing about management and legal legislation and practice of its implementation, legal protection of industrial and intellectual property, business interested of the Congress members;
	participation in due course in preparation of international and interstate agreements on economic, legal, ecological, and social problems;
	assistance and rendering help in organization of mutually beneficial interchange of scientific-technical information, innovative developments, in utilization of intellectual property;
	holding exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other activities for improvement of business and professional qualification level of economic organizations chiefs (enterprises), specialists, undertakers;
	development and support of relations with social, cultural, and scientific associations, necessary for manifold development of cultural and educational level of undertakers, assistance in uninterrupted education of adults;
	cooperation in due course with state and other organizations and institutions in implementation of economical projects and programs, arbitration and realization of state socioeconomic tasks, and in the economic security sector;
	participation in due course in preparation of propositions for state legislative and executive bodies of different levels;
	assistance in development of scientific and industrial potential of separate regions;
	development of material and technical, and social and cultural bases of the Congress, creation of the infrastructure for implementation of chartered objectives;
	accumulation of financial means for perfection of the Congress structures, material incentives and support of the Congress members that implement its projects and programs actively;
	realization of other aims and objectives that contribute to the development of economic, scientific, cultural, and informational connections of industrialists and entrepreneurs, and their associations;
